Units

The Company has over 3,000 stores in the United States, which are located in 29 states. The stores are primarily operated under the Circle K^® banner. The simple and ongoing renovations carried out in the Circle K stores make them easy to identify.

The U.S. market is divided into six geographic business units: the U.S. Midwest Region, the Great Lakes Region, the U.S. West Coast Region, Arizona, the U.S. Southeast Region and the Florida and Gulf region.

The new business unit identified as the Southwest division will be comprised of the states of Texas, Colorado, Oklahoma and New Mexico.  As for the Gulf division, it will be comprised of the states of Tennessee, Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas and the western Panhandle of Florida.
