The clock used by the Organizer will be the official clock to determine the date and time of receipt of an Entry (as such term is defined below).

  1. ELIGIBILITY. The Contest is open to legal residents of the province of Quebec who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. The following persons are not eligible to enter the Contest: officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and/or representatives of the Organizer, the Sponsor, the National Hockey League (“NHL”), its member clubs, NHL Enterprises, L.P., NHL Enterprises Canada, L.P., NHL Enterprises B.V., NHL Interactive CyberEnterprises, LLC, (the foregoing NHL entities, collectively, the “NHL Entities”), and each of their respective subsidiaries, related companies, advertising agencies, licensees, franchisees, partners, retailers, distributors, prize suppliers and/or any other Contest-related party. In addition, any member of the immediate family of the above-mentioned persons and any person housed with them under the same roof (whether or not they are a member of their immediate family) are not eligible to enter the Contest. The term “immediate family” means the fathers, mothers, brothers, sisters, children, husbands, wives or spouses of the above-mentioned persons, regardless of where they live. The Contest is not open and is void where prohibited by law.

During each NHL® hockey match eligible for the Contest according to the NHL® calendar played by the selected NHL® team during the 2022-2023 regular season (each a "Match"), the entrant will be able to answer three (3) questions to make a prediction for the upcoming Match of the selected NHL® team (the “Prediction”). When making a Prediction, the entrant will be requested to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question. If an entrant makes a Prediction without linking a PIN, such entrant will not receive additional Monthly Prize Entries and Grand Prize Entries.

If a PIN has been linked with the Prediction, the entrant will be prompted to answer trivia questions and could obtain bonus entries (each a “Bonus Entry” and collectively, the “Bonus Entries”) depending on the number of right answers:

  1. Three (3) right answers will automatically result in three thousand (3,000) Monthly Prize Entries and three thousand (3,000) Grand Prize Entries;
  2. Two (2) right answers will automatically result in two thousand (2,000) Monthly Prize Entries and two thousand (2,000) Grand Prize Entries; and
