  1. CONTEST PERIOD AND ORGANIZER. The Taste the Victory 2022-2023 Contest (the “Contest”) is organized and administered by Couche-Tard Inc. (the “Organizer”) and is sponsored by Molson Canada 2005 (the “Sponsor”). The Contest begins on November 8, 2022, at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET") and ends following the last NHL® hockey match eligible for the Contest according to the NHL® calendar for the 2022-2023 regular season (the “Contest Period”). The clock used by the Organizer will be the official clock to determine the date and time of receipt of an Entry (as such term is defined below).

  1. ELIGIBILITY. The Contest is open to legal residents of the province of Quebec who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. The following persons are not eligible to enter the Contest: officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and/or representatives of the Organizer, the Sponsor, the National Hockey League (“NHL”), its member clubs, NHL Enterprises, L.P., NHL Enterprises Canada, L.P., NHL Enterprises B.V., NHL Interactive CyberEnterprises, LLC, (the foregoing NHL entities, collectively, the “NHL Entities”), and each of their respective subsidiaries, related companies, advertising agencies, licensees, franchisees, partners, retailers, distributors, prize suppliers and/or any other Contest-related party. In addition, any member of the immediate family of the above-mentioned persons and any person housed with them under the same roof (whether or not they are a member of their immediate family) are not eligible to enter the Contest. The term “immediate family” means the fathers, mothers, brothers, sisters, children, husbands, wives or spouses of the above-mentioned persons, regardless of where they live. The Contest is not open and is void where prohibited by law.

  1. AGREEMENT TO BE LEGALLY BOUND. By entering this Contest, each entrant agrees to be bound by (i) these Rules; (ii) the terms and conditions of the Couche-Tard mobile application (the “App”); and (iii) all decisions of the Organizer and the Sponsor, which are final in all respects.

  1. THE COUCHE-TARD APP. To enter the Contest and be eligible to win a Prize (as such term is defined below), each entrant must: (i) have or download the App; and (ii) have or create an account.

Downloading the App, accessing the Website and obtaining an account is free.

  1. HOW TO ENTER. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Standard Internet access charges may apply (check your service provider package to know your standard Internet access charges). For the purposes of the games, one (1) entry is equivalent to one (1) point.

To enter the Contest for a chance to win a Prize (as such term is defined below), during the Contest Period, open the App and go to the Contest page accessible via the homepage of the App. Once the Contest page opens, entrants will be required to (i) log into their account; (ii) confirm that they have reached the legal drinking age in Quebec at the time of entry; and (iii) play the Game (as such term is defined below).

Selecting an NHL® team will automatically result in five hundred (500) entries for the Monthly Prize (as such term is defined below) (the “Monthly Prize Entries”) and five hundred (500) entries for the Grand Prize (as such term is defined below) (the “Grand Prize Entries”).

During each NHL® hockey match eligible for the Contest according to the NHL® calendar played by the selected NHL® team during the 2022-2023 regular season (each a "Match"), the entrant will be able to answer three (3) questions to make a prediction for the upcoming Match of the selected NHL® team (the “Prediction”). Limit: one (1) Prediction per Match per person during the Contest Period. The entrant can link a PIN (as defined below) to the Prediction to get an additional one thousand (1,000) Monthly Prize Entries and one thousand (1,000) Grand Prize Entries. When making a Prediction, the entrant will be requested to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question. If an entrant makes a Prediction without linking a PIN, such entrant will not receive additional Monthly Prize Entries and Grand Prize Entries.

If a PIN has been linked with the Prediction, the entrant will be prompted to answer trivia questions and could obtain bonus entries (each a “Bonus Entry” and collectively, the “Bonus Entries”) depending on the number of right answers:

  1. Three (3) right answers will automatically result in three thousand (3,000) Monthly Prize Entries and three thousand (3,000) Grand Prize Entries;
  2. Two (2) right answers will automatically result in two thousand (2,000) Monthly Prize Entries and two thousand (2,000) Grand Prize Entries; and
  3. One (1) right answer will automatically result in one thousand (1,000) Monthly Prize Entries and one thousand (1,000) Grand Prize Entries.

The Bonus Entries earned are added after the end of the Match.

If the entrant has made a Prediction linked with a PIN, the entrant will automatically receive a chance to win a Victory Prize (as such term is defined below) if his/her selected NHL® team won the Match (the “Victory Prize Entry” and collectively, the “Victory Prize Entries”.)
