• When will I be billed for my Couche-Tard car wash plan?

  The day you sign up becomes your monthly payment date for each consecutive month you are on the program. The plan will auto-renew. Plus, it’s easy to update or cancel your plan.

• Can I use my membership at any of Couche-Tard car wash locations?

  Yes, your plan can be used at any participating Couche-Tard car wash location. You can check for a participating location:

• Can I use my Couche-Tard car wash app with more than one vehicle?

  Yes, your plan is linked to your phone so you can choose to wash a partner or family member’s car. There is a fair usage policy in place. Also, this program is for personal use only: no taxis, limos, shuttles or transportation services.

• Can i choose my Couche-Tard car wash plan?

  Yes. Choose from Family, Individual or Business.

• How do I use my Couche-Tard car wash plan?

  When you’re at the terminal at a participating car wash location and ready to start your wash, simply log in to the Couche-Tard car wash app and choose ‘Get wash code’. The app will generate a unique code. Enter this code into the wash terminal to start your wash.

• Will I receive a refund if I cancel my Couche-Tard car wash plan?

  No, you will not receive a refund. Your plan remains active until the day before your next billing date.

• Can I use my code at a different location from where it was originally generated?

  No, your code needs to be used at the site you requested it from.

• How long is my code active?

  After request, your code is active up to 2 hours.
