(the “Organizer”) and is sponsored by Molson Canada 2005 (the “Sponsor”). The Contest begins on February 23, 2022 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET") and ends following the last NHL® hockey match eligible for the Contest according to the NHL® calendar for the 2021-2022 regular season (the “Contest Period”). The clock used by the Organizer will be the official clock to determine the date and time of receipt of an Entry (as such term is defined below).

2.                  ELIGIBILITY. The Contest is open to legal residents of the province of Quebec who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. The following persons are not eligible to enter the Contest: officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and/or representatives of the Organizer, the Sponsor, the National Hockey League (“NHL”), its member clubs, NHL Enterprises, L.P., NHL Enterprises Canada, L.P., NHL Enterprises B.V., NHL Interactive CyberEnterprises, LLC, (the foregoing NHL entities, collectively, the “NHL Entities”), and each of their respective subsidiaries, related companies, advertising agencies, licensees, franchisees, partners, retailers, distributors, prize suppliers and/or any other Contest-related party. In addition, any member of the immediate family of the above-mentioned persons and any person housed with them under the same roof (whether or not they are a member of their immediate family) are not eligible to enter the Contest. The term “immediate family” means the fathers, mothers, brothers, sisters, children, husbands, wives or spouses of the above-mentioned persons, regardless of where they live. The Contest is not open and is void where prohibited by law.

In the event of the cancellation of a Match on the NHL® calendar, Victory Prizes will not be awarded in connection with this Match and these Victory Prizes will be forfeited.
